A New Hampshire Man is Arrested in Connection to a Deadly March Hit-and-Run

A New Hampshire man was arrested Sunday morning, in connection to a fatal hit-and -run that killed a Wells man, this past spring.

Police have charged 56-year-old Daniel Paul of Atkinson, New Hampshire, for allegedly leaving a scene of a car crash on Route 1 in Wells that killed 50-year-old Gregory Nolan in March.

Paul has been charged on three counts including Manslaughter, Aggravated Driving to Endanger, and Aggravated Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Death.

He’ll be arraigned at the Biddeford Unified Court in January.
