A celebration of life for a Maine Game Warden who died in a plane crash will be held on Thursday in Bangor.

The event to remember Game Warden Josh Tibbetts will take place at the Cross Insurance Arena starting at 10 a.m. with the arrival of law enforcement.

The service itself will take place at 1 p.m.

Tibbetts was an 18-year veteran with the Warden Service whose plane went down in Avon last week while helping crews on the ground stock fish.
