Girlfriend of man killed in Standish charged with murder

A Standish woman is charged with murder for the death of her boyfriend.

49-year-old Matthew Hamilton was found dead of a gunshot wound at a residence on River Road in Standish on Oct. 3.

Investigators say Hamilton was in a relationship with 37-year-old Lynn Perkins, who’s now charged with murder.

Perkins is being held at Cumberland County Jail without bail.
