Mainer accused of driving vehicle at Border Patrol agent enters guilty plea

A Maine woman accused of driving a car at a Border Patrol agent in the town of Washington has pleaded guilty.

The U.S. Department of Justice says 24-year-old Olivia Wilkins of Thomaston pleaded guilty Monday to assault.

Officials say Wilkins drove her vehicle at the agent while he was responding to a crash in August.

Wilkins faces up to 20 years behind bars and a fine of up to $250,000.
