A homeless man was taken into custody in connection with a fire set last week at a Readfield mobile home.

On Sunday, the Maine Fire Marshal’s Office arrested 45-year-old Shawn Sirios, who they say has been living out of a vehicle.

He was charged with two counts of arson for setting the fire at a vacant mobile home on Plains Road.

The investigation is ongoing.
