Police search property of missing Penobscot County man

Police continue their search for a missing Hampden man.

Crews were expected to search the property of 78-year-old Douglas Dunphy on Tuesday, after Dunphy went missing around Jan. 10, according to WVII.

His van was found late last month but there was no other sign of Dunphy.

Dunphy is a white male, 5′ 10″ weighing about 210 pounds.

He has green eyes and gray hair.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (207) 973-3700 ext. 9 and ask to speak with Detective Jennifer Fiske.

Police say there’s no risk to the public.
