Portland police ask for helping finding runaway teen

Portland police are asking for help locating a 16-year-old girl who’s believed to have run away.

Police say Layla Monsell was last seen Tuesday near Glenwood Ave. and Deering High School and is known to spend time in the Kennedy Park area.

A physical description was not provided.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Portland police at 207-874-8575.
