The underage suspect was arrested for on refusing to submit to arrest/detention, terrorizing, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and a juvenile probation violation. The juvenile also faces theft charges regarding the incident in Thomaston.
The minor was transported to Long Creek Development Center in South Portland.
