Teen accused of setting fire at family’s home in Belfast

A teenager from Belfast has been charged for allegedly causing a fire in the basement of a home.

Firefighters arrived at the home on City Point Road Wednesday night to find that the homeowner had extinguished the fire, which filled the home with smoke.

Christopher Gordon, 18, who lives at the home, was charged with arson.

There were no injuries.
