Police say they responded to a report of a stolen car Sunday morning on College Ave. in Waterville, leading to a pursuit on I-95.

The driver, 38-year-old Christopher Poirier, is accused of hitting and disabling a police cruiser during the chase, which ended when officers were able to stop Poirier’s vehicle.
