Windham police are investigating a Wednesday afternoon crash that caused a vehicle to careen off road into a building.

Officers say a crash occurred between a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2025 Toyota Tundra at the intersection of Route 302 and Albion Road.

Police believe one of the vehicles failed to stop at a red light at the intersection, which led to the crash in which the Chevrolet Silverado struck a business building on Roosevelt Trail.

The crash closed down Route 302 for about an hour before it was reopened at about 2 pm.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
