If you follow Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line on any social media, don’t expect to see any posts in the foreseeable future.
Tyler told his fans yesterday he was quitting all social media and is “Done with the reel life, getting back to the real life”.
Here’s what he wrote on Instagram: “I’ve done a lot of thinking and praying about this for the last few days and I think it’s time for me to take a break from social media indefinitely. I spend way to much of my valuable time worrying about my next post or how many comments or likes I got. Honestly it’s a little ridiculous and I’m ready to get back to focusing all my attention on the things that really matter. I love my fans and promise I’m not gone forever but I’m taking some time to refocus on my relationships, the Lord, my marriage, my family, and my music. Maybe I’ll even learn a new instrument instead of learning how to snap chat. I want to make sure that I’m living my life to the fullest and not worrying about making a highlight reel for the world to talk about or comparing my life to other peoples highlight reels. That’s not what life is about.#backtothebasics
You’ll still get plenty of FGL updates from his bandmate, Brian!
