Next Saturday, I have the honor and privilege of officiating a celebration ceremony for my friend Kelly.  I have known Kelly since she was 6 years old.  Her Mother brought her to see me in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  Kelly used to listen every morning, loved the music and wanted to meet me.  By the time she got there, I had run out of prizes except for one radio station coffee mug.  🙂  Kelly is now 33 and still has the mug.  I love this girl.  We have been great friends for years and years and she has found the love of her life, a beautiful young woman, Samantha.  When Kelly met Sam, her life changed and the two created a wonderful bond that is beautiful to witness.

I’m telling you some of the background of the two of them because there are some people who are against their wedding just because they are two women getting married.  I do not get it.  Why would anyone be against the beauty of these two finding each other?  I understand that people have their beliefs, but if you knew them, you’d be happy for them too.
