No Sugar for how long??

My husband and I are climbing Mount Cadillac next month with The Summit Project, (http://thesummitproject.org/) so we decided we should really try to get in shape!  We should have started weeks ago, but hey, no time like the present.  We are finding it to be more of a challenge than originally expected!  I really don’t have that much of a sweet tooth, but when you consider that sugar is in EVERYTHING, it’s proving to be difficult!  Check out these foods that have sugar:  (Milk?  Really?  and no wine?  Wait.  What?)
